Kudos to Sky Sports for their in-depth mini-documentary series "Chasing the Dream" gaining a closer look into the academy system. Grateful that no1fan.club was featured in episode 6. Full episdose here: https://lnkd.in/eP5yMEDr There’s clearly an increased focus on education and player care within academies, and things have really changed over the last few years. While progress is evident, there is room for external support, so the industry's openness to organisations like ours is encouraging.  There’s no one perfect system, but collaboration is key, so together we can enhance player experiences and support families. The auditorium buzzed with an energy too heavy for words. You could find different people, yet all shared the same exciting loop in their heads. Some legs kept bouncing under the table while others fiddled with their ties, knotting and unknotting them. Whispers filled the air as some were rehearsing lines and others were muttering prayers while one participant wiped sweaty palms against their trousers. It was all part of the buildup to stepping onto the greatest stage of Tattvam, where talent overflowed like PVR popcorn spilling from an overfilled machine. The interschool competition, Ela Green’s Tattvam ‘24, is exactly what it promises to be, a celebration of embracing one’s true self. Here, every student was a main character, pulling their finest tricks from their sleeves. Whether it was dance, music, cooking, art, fashion, theatre, or recitation, the fields were endless, and so was the creativity.
