Problem: Roads in India getting clogged everytime it rains. Proposed Idea for a Solution: Can the roads be built with super absorbent material and all the water gets seeped in the tanks underneath roads. Hilsa is an anadromus fish most of the time spent in coastal of Bay of Bengal, in the monsoon migrate to River Padma for spawning. It has unique behaviour as the place they spawn, after feeding migration to Bay for maturity it again return to the same place where they conduct spawning known as natal behaviour. Due to construction of Barrage, habitat destroy by sedimentation, use of destructive net for catching, Industrial pollution are reasons of depletion of Hilsa. My suggesation to keep clean the path of migration, open gate of barrage before and after spawning, Ban not to use detructive net, and like Bangladesh request neighbour to adpot two months banning period both in Bay of Bengal and migratory path of Rivers.
