SPA thrives in complexity, a prime example being the evaluation of system-of-systems architectures.   Our Operations Research and C5ISR Analysis (ORCA) Group, through a long-standing partnership with Georgia Tech Research Institute, provides systems engineering and operational analysis support to the US Air Force’s Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Program Office and US Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office.   These organizations are responsible for delivering Joint All Domain Command and Control – the DoD’s initiative to seamlessly link sensors, weapons, and communications to enable rapid decision making in a high-end fight.
