We are thrilled to announce that we have exchanged contracts and secured unanimous planning approval for a new development in Ingleby Barwick. In partnership with Persimmon Homes, Keepmoat's share of the development extends to circa 20.84 acres, and will deliver 164 homes, including 64 affordable homes in collaboration with Thirteen Group. Ian Worgan, Regional Managing Director, shared his excitement: “We’re thrilled to be working in partnership with Persimmon to deliver the multi-tenure, energy-efficient properties, to help boost housing supply and meet the housing needs of local residents. Last week, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for Highbridge, a sustainable, mixed-use development in the Bronx. The 31-story building will be fully electric and include supportive and affordable housing and transitional family housing. Huntington Place recently announced that Al Vasquez, its engineering and facilities services director, will serve a two-year term as the Detroit 30 District’s board of directors chair. Detroit 2030 District is part of a national network of districts that work to create high-performance buildings by reducing the environmental impacts of building construction and operations while increasing building owners’ return on investment, promoting economic development, and supporting environmental justice. 🚀 Updates to the NSW Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure 🚀 The NSW Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure has announced significant updates to the Housing and Productivity Contribution Order.
