New night-friendly lighting without any frills has been installed in Sedbergh, England. While the amount of luminaries is quite miniscule being 22 in total, still, this is a good sign. It's a pity that the amount of photos of these new night, human and environment friendly lighting is extremely limited, this kind of new is always welcome. LED industry, municipal authorities and businesses should give up LED over 2700 K as not totally adequate and fitting for everyone, a big source of light pollution, as esthetically unpleasing and external LEDs over 4000 K should be abandoned altogether and the sooner the better as absolutely human, night and environment unfriendly. https://lnkd.in/gssYq84E
