I think it's healthy to think about your personal experience, right? Maybe it's a family member or a friend. What's their experience in healthcare look like? Do you find like the worst parts of the experience and then you figure out, is that unique to them or is that a systemic thing? We'll have the same conversations with the provider and you know, they may look at the exact same thing, have a totally different perspective on what's happening, where they find the strongest pain points. I think largely where those pain points intersect is where there's an opportunity to kind of. Off something.
