𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗖𝗨 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. Launched in 2019, the ICU has evolved over time with new versions tailored to different needs. The latest innovation is a handheld density measurement tool, which addresses a common industry challenge. This tool allows for 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿- 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 that can lead to defects and waste. Real-world results demonstrate the value of ICU. Foundries using the ICU have seen reductions in scrap, rework, and costs, as well as improved sustainability.
