Nordic Energy Research’s Post

Need for enhanced cooperation on sustainable transport A new report commissioned by the Nordic Council of Ministers clarifies the urgency of improved transport cooperation in the Nordics. Putting innovation at the centre, the report calls for increased Nordic cooperation on research and technological advances, particularly in green mobility. Projects involving the development of electric aircraft and autonomous transport systems are highlighted as key components in reducing the Nordic region's carbon footprint. How can we put these recommendations into practice? Precisely the topics raised in the report will be addressed at Nordic Energy Research's Nordic Green Transport Forum on 7 May in Gothenburg, Sweden! By joining the forum, you will have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to achieve sustainable transportation on land, at sea, and in the air, through mutual efforts across Nordic countries and sectors.
