𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗢𝗘𝗠 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Dive into the future of magnetic card encoding with Rinas's high-speed magnetic stripe encoder, designed for seamless professional OEM integration. Capable of encoding standard ID-1 cards made from paper or plastic, as well as custom sizes, this encoder ensures exceptional quality at speeds of up to 5,000 cards per hour. Our "Semi-LWR" retrofit solution makes it easier for machine builders and system integrators to incorporate a magnetic card encoder into their existing card transport systems without disruption. By using only the mechanical part for magnetic head movement and electronics from our standard encoder LWR, we offer a tailored solution that leaves card transport solely to the machine builder. The "Semi-LWR" targets professional personalization machines, capable of encoding all three tracks simultaneously, achieving a throughput of up to 4,000 cards per hour for both HICO and LOCO. It communicates with the machine control via I/O signals, ensuring seamless integration and reporting back the status of each encoded card. An intelligent special feature allows the unused magnetic head to be parked during a job, reducing unnecessary wear and avoiding scratches on the cards. This efficient integration requires close collaboration between the machine builder/system integrator and Rinas Gerätetechnik. Once the "Semi-LWR" is integrated, it's crucial that all aspects of card guidance, fixation, and installation height are meticulously managed to unleash the full encoding quality of the LWR. #magneticencoding #OEMintegration #technologyinnovation #cardpersonalization #rfid

Introducing Esterline Research & Design DA100 Distribution Amplifier Are you looking to distribute a signal across multiple points without compromising on quality? Look no further! Our DA100 Distribution Amplifier is designed to split an existing signal up to five times while maintaining its integrity, making it perfect for applications requiring a low noise RF signal. 🔹 Key Features: Connectors: Configurable with either SMA or BNC connectors for versatility. Input: AC-coupled with a 50 Ω source impedance. Limiter Circuit: Ensures a consistent output level with high input gain. Amplification: Three stages of amplifier/low-pass filter design for low-distortion outputs. Phase Offset: Less than 1 ns channel-to-channel and under 5 ns from input to output at 10 MHz. For larger setups, consider daisy-chaining multiple DA100 units. However, for minimal phase offset, we recommend using a single DA100 to drive up to five more, achieving up to 25 outputs with precision. Ideal for: #RFEngineering #SignalDistribution #BroadcastTechnology #Telecommunications #ElectronicsDesign Elevate your signal distribution game with the DA100! CT, Why Current Transformer? Why transformation here is called Current Transformation. What is difference between current transformer and voltage transformer. In all cases like power transformer, auto, multiple winding, etc. distribution transformer, current transformer voltage transformer in all cases NI concept and transformations are in function. Its names are changed just to highlight their working stimulation of NI principle with prime purpose. Current Transformer and Voltage/Potential Transformer can be considered as current source and voltage source respectively. In current source, the source impedance is very high (not to misunderstand by resistance) and current is less affected by load impedance. In voltage source, source impedance is very less and voltage is less affected by load impedance. In CT accuracy is important and ranges from around 15% to 100/120% VA is crucial and maintained in accuracy class specified or meant for. Usually for low voltages it is 5P20. 5 is accuracy class or error % P is purpose like protection and 20 is up to 20times it assures specified accuracy. For metering it is 0.5 or 0.2 or 0.2S. 0.2S ensures better accuracy in lower VA below 20% and 0.2% up to 120% where as 0.2 class up to 100%. There are those many cores/transformers how many cores are. Mainly two type in constructions Dead tank and Live Tank. The oil impregnated paper insulations on primary conductor of dead tank CT becomes thicker in lower portions gradually. The 3 paths of HV flashovers to ground are one directly from HV point to ground for which required air clearance is given with height, 2nd is creepage over insulator where required creepage distance is given, 3rd is direct puncturing insulation for which as the HV primary conductor comes closer to turret and ground the paper insulation is made thicker. Same for Live Tank CT the secondary winding whole along with cores from primary conductor. Gradually thickness decreases as it comes closer to ground. The core characteristics for protection and metering are different. For metering the ankle region is wide, linear with and expected to saturate after lower knee point. In protection core the ankle point is short and long linear zone with high knee point. Again the prime important data of CT for metering is VA and protection is knee point but both have both parameters also. VA for metering is kept usually within 20VA. All instruments, relays current coils of inputs are kept in series. When any core is not of use then kept shorted in secondary to avoid open circuit voltage which is high as per NI. Usually if ratios are 500-1500-3000:1 then knee point voltage value is corresponding to their current value. The paper insulations are tested with Tan delta and capacitance. In service always LV point of insulation needs to be grounded. There is also insulation between LV point and ground. It should be tested by low voltage like 500V. Word limit exceeded. So, some another time again further.
