Looking forward to joining the 2024 World Sustainability Congress in Amsterdam on October 23rd and 24th! In my keynote, I’ll share a global stocktake on current and upcoming #ESG reporting legislation and offer some advice on how companies can navigate crucial disclosures such as the #CSRD. In addition, I’ll join a panel discussing practical ways of reducing #scope3 emissions. I’m particularly looking forward to sharing not only how Normative.io is helping companies decarbonize their scope 3 but also how we are working to reduce our own value chain emissions — a project I am spearheading. #ICYMI: The clock ⏰ is ticking in Singapore too, though at a less onerous pace. As we approach the end of the year, it is timely to re-look at the timelines 📆 in Singapore in relation to #climatereporting: ✨From 2025, all listed companies will be required to report and file annual Climate-related Disclosures (#CRD) for #Scopes1and2 emissions. ✨From 2027, large non-listed companies (with annual revenue of at least $1 billion and total assets of at least $500 million) will be required to do the same. ✨#Scope3 emissions will be included in the CRD for listed and large non-listed companies from 2026 and 2029 respectively. 🚩Resources from the Government are available to help businesses in their #sustainability journey: https://lnkd.in/g6MjDsZJ Finally, if you are looking to hire in-house sustainability professionals, please reach out for a chat! 😊 #recruiter #sustainability #ESG
