Got my first bug report from a gencmd user. It went from a moment of sheer panic to delight. To raise a bug report, the product's utility must be so high for him that he takes the extra effort to reach out and request a fix. It was a quick fix, but it's significance as product validation was a big boost. This update impacts the DamagePreventionPortal and Positive Response: The automated Positive Response code "013" CANCELED will be applied upon ticket cancellation. Cancelled tickets will appear under the “Cancelled” filter in DPP Positive Response. This update is expected to take only several minutes and have minimal impact on the system.

You can use the Nmap tool through the command line in your operating system.
