Reflecting on when our team moved to our new workplace at Festival Tower is proof to me how much people value connection and community in the workplace. Our office occupancy has increased, creating a sense renewed energy, and it is truely inspiring! Seeing people coming together, not just to do the work but to connect and build relationships and create new communities of common interests is really quite something. It’s a reminder that work spaces aren’t just functional; they shape how we collaborate and thrive together. We don’t need a mandate to come to the office, we just need spaces that are better than home where we can still feel part of a community. This ties so closely to the themes in this new article, which highlights the importance of fostering human connection and creativity in evolving work environments. It’s a powerful read for anyone thinking about how to design workplaces that inspire and support their people thrive! If you’re interested in how we made this happen and what we’ve learned along the way, feel free to reach out. I’d love to share our journey!
