Great week, busy as never before. But each minute spent on the stand as well as each drop of sweat were worth of it. It's pleasure and honor to work with and support your efforts. Thanks a lot the NGC team. #AARGMER missile displayed on the photo, is the very first application of the new aerial weapon category for armament, designated to operate efficiently inside Anti Access / Area Denial #A2AD zones. It's named Stand-in-Attack Weapon #SiAW AARGM-ER the antiradiation missile, through it genuine capability, enables completion of variety of tasks: 1) Support to deep air strikes capability; 2) Reinforcement of offensive counter air capability; 3) Contribution to joint forces freedom of manouver on land sea and in the air; 4) Protection of Air Force critical resources: pilots / air crews and combat as well as other aircraft; 5) Reduction of enemy's capability to use S-300 /S-400 launchers against military and civilian ground targets. 6) And last, but not least, capability of efficient engagement of other enemy's counter EW, counter sattelite and other targets, static as well as mobile on the move. With its power AARGM-ER has changed the war from Suppression of Enemy Air Defense into Destruction of Enemy Air Defense #DEAD

In addition to workforce gaps in the military, the critical infrastructure that supports our defense - both legacy infrastructure like the manufacturing of ships, planes and equipment, as well as modern infrastructure including hardware and software engineering to support cybersecurity and intelligence operations - is also suffering a skills gap.
This panel explores how our military veterans can continue leading purposeful lives and serving their country by pursuing these careers after service. Additionally, the panel will explore how young people who cannot serve - over 80% of the population - might consider these careers as an alternative to military service if they want to serve their country.
