It's 21st March 2024, the International Day of Forests, and we have some ideas on how to govern the main resource that stands between us and total ecosystem collapse. We still lose 10 million hectares of global forests every year because the carbon credit system alone is not enough. We improve it by growing a green economy and reinvesting in local communities to protect the forests, their inhabitants, and the whole planet.
