Celebrating F@ck ups. In our workshop, filled with young, enthusiastic technicians, we emphasize growth over perfection. While we aim to minimize mistakes, we know that they are inevitable and, more importantly, invaluable. We don't just dwell on mistakes; we use them as pivotal learning moments. This approach is especially vital in nurturing emerging talents. Every error is a lesson in disguise, a stepping stone towards greater expertise. Our discussions revolve not just around what went wrong, but how to improve and prevent similar issues in the future. We foster an environment where it’s okay to make mistakes. Here, “F@ck up “ are not setbacks but setups for learning and improvement. Our team is encouraged to take risks and try new things, knowing that this is a safe space to learn and grow. Encourage our young technicians to be bold, to experiment, and to learn from each experience. I appreciate that she can maintain a high performance at her daily work and then take on even more work as it pops up. She is always willing to do whatever helps and is incredibly reliable in making sure tasks get completed. Kate's a superstar! Jason Garner: Jason is greatly appreciated for many things, but at that top of that list are his true "full-stack" abilities and his drive to add value. He adds value by focusing on stability, scalability and monitoring in delivering reliable products. Nicholas Bulinski: Nick has made numerous contributions to our products and codebase over his many years at Arvo. We are extremely grateful for Nick's technical expertise and institutional knowledge
