A large potato flake manufacturer from Ryazan has ordered another MFDSh-NOTIS doser. For many food producers, this product plays a key role. Watch how it works. We secure the bag and start the process. Potato flakes are a dry product prone to dusting and clumping. That's why we use the auger dosing principle. The auger rotates, initially dropping a rough dose. Then, according to a unique algorithm from NOTIS engineers, a careful top-up occurs. As a result, we get an accurate dose. To prevent the flakes from sticking or getting stuck in the hopper, we use special vibrating motors and pneumatic aerators. Instructive video on Double Seaming. Can seaming is truly a worldwide technology. In October 1877, the production of canned food began at Japan's first cannery, the Ishikari canning plant. This wonderful work was produced by the Japanese canned food technology research association with the aim of supporting and technically training its members. The original language can demonstrate how the seaming process is truly international. It is interesting to observe how English terms such as "compound", "chuck" and "lifter" are pronounced in Japanese. The presentation is basic but excellently illustrated, though the chuck in the graphic representation has a notably high lip.
