Great! I would also like some part of this to put emphasis on us being responsible to create a better planet, e.g. aiming to having less events where people are flying to locations. To me it's a big downer to have events about sustainability where you gather people on an island (practically forcing people to fly), we should set an example which encourages people to care about our planet.
