Let's Talk Holiday Priorities… Ah, the elf debate: tradition or turmoil? Whether you're team Elf on the Shelf or team Nope, Not Today, the holiday season is a time to reflect on what truly matters. Years ago, Norman Pizza Owen (our family’s elf) brought laughter, guilt, and yes, even a little holiday chaos. From Pinterest-perfect setups to the heartbreak of a forgotten move, Norman taught me an important lesson: Holidays should be about joy, not stress. This year, we’re keeping it simple with unique traditions that actually work for our family—like turkey burgers for Thanksgiving and focusing on experiences instead of gifts. Because in the end, it’s about creating memories that matter to you. ✨ Ready for more joy and less stress this holiday season? Check out my blog for the full story (including Norman’s “craniotomy”) and some hilarious tips to survive the elf drama. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gFB4pwW2 Let’s embrace imperfection and focus on presence over perfection this holiday season. You’ve got this! 💖

🚗🌌 Road Trippin’ Through Thanksgiving: Navigating Mercury Retrograde 🌌🚗 This Thanksgiving, Mercury’s retrograde (Nov 25–Dec 15) rolls in with pre- and post-shadow phases, making the season a bit more cosmic! From double-checking those travel plans to adding some tech backups, here’s your road map to a peaceful, memorable holiday with the retrograde energy in mind. 🛣️ 1. Travel Prep: Double-Check Your Route! With Mercury’s influence on travel, triple-check your plans! Confirm hotel stays, routes, and pack extra essentials. Add some “just in case” supplies, because a smooth ride is a happy ride. Let detours be part of the journey—adventure often lies off the beaten path! 🚗🧳 #HolidayRoadTrip #AdventureAwaits #ThanksgivingJourney 📞 2. Keep Communication Light and Clear Communication can get muddled, so keep things lighthearted and listen actively! Thanksgiving’s theme of gratitude is a beautiful anchor for conversations—steer clear of touchy topics to make the most of heartfelt moments. 💬💞 #ThankfulConversations #FamilyFirst #MercuryMindset 📱 3. Tech Backups: Print It & Charge It! Technology can get glitchy, so if you’re relying on your GPS, recipe apps, or Zoom for family meetups, keep chargers and printed versions handy! Tech backups are a retrograde lifesaver—just in case Mercury wants to play games with the Wi-Fi. 📱🖨️ #ThanksgivingTechTips #StayCharged #RetrogradeReady ⏱️ 4. Flexibility is Key Don’t stress if things don’t go as planned! Retrogrades teach us to go with the flow, so enjoy the spontaneous moments, even if the turkey’s late or traffic is slower. A relaxed, “let’s-see-where-the-road-goes” vibe will make your Thanksgiving memorable. 🦃✨ #HolidayFlow #EmbraceTheDetours #RoadTripMemories 🌠 5. Reflect & Give Thanks Retrogrades encourage reflection, making Thanksgiving a perfect time for meaningful connection. Share gratitude for the past year and embrace this energy to set a soulful tone for what lies ahead. Thanksgiving magic is best enjoyed with an open heart! 💫🙏 #GratitudeVibes #ThanksgivingReflections #MercuryMagic Thanksgiving is a journey—embrace every moment with patience, gratitude, and flexibility. Mercury’s retrograde might bring surprises, but it also offers a time to reconnect and create a holiday road trip you won’t forget. The Kager team wishes a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Kager Industrieprodukte GmbH: Your Specialist for High-Temperature Applications wishes all people a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. The year 2024 is almost over again. Do you also find yourself wondering „Where has the time gone?“ What can we say about this year? It is similar to last year. Many trouble spots, many problems. Unfortunately, people tend to focus primarily on the negative. Let us look at the positive. We are sure that most of us also experienced something beautiful to look back on. Whether it was a nice holiday or meeting nice people, in addition to the bad news, we should focus on the good. We can only do so much or nothing at all about the other things that other people are responsible for. Let us always remember that „The sun always shines, even when we do not see it“. With this sentence we would like to give you a good feeling and encourage you for the year 2025. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for remaining loyal to us or for finding your way to us. We wish you all a peaceful Advent season, a Merry Christmas and a good and, above all, healthy start to 2025.
