At Nova Fides, we deeply value social commitment, which is why we are proud to participate in the third edition of "Nei nostri panni - Artigiani si diventa", a local initiative dedicated to creating opportunities for vulnerable individuals and victims of exploitation. This year, seven trainees will embark on a journey of growth, learning and empowerment. Through paid classroom training and internships, they will master traditional skills as cenciaioli (rag sorters), spinners, or artisans, gaining the tools to shape a brighter future. This initiative weaves Prato’s rich textile heritage with the principles of integration and inclusion, transforming tradition into a bridge toward new beginnings. Developed in partnership with local textile businesses and the Opera Santa Rita Foundation — and supported by esteemed organizations such as ARTI Toscana, CNA Toscana Centro, Confindustria Toscana Nord, and more — this project highlights the strength of our community and the power of collaboration. Together, we build futures. One skill, one story, one person at a time. #NovaFides #NeiNostriPanni #TextileHeritage

🌟What is the essence of the YIN - Youth Inclusion Network?🌟 Collaboration 🤝 On March 5th, PAUL Bakery Indonesia (PT Sari Food Lestari) and Monchere Dormitory, two members of YIN - Youth Inclusion Network, came together to address Mars Wrigley's questions about internship programs. 🤔 Why did you start having interns? 🔍 How long is your program? 💰 How do you pay the youth? 🎁 Do they have benefits? 📝 Do you provide a contract yourself? All of these questions were prepared in advance to provide Mars Wrigley with all the guidance needed to develop their own internship program. We are still working on the guidelines, but honestly, we can't wait to see the ripple effect of this call, of the essence of YIN: 3 companies, working together, to better include the Youth. Stay tuned for updates and the launch of the program! Join us to be part of this exciting initiative! #YouthInclusion #Collaboration #InternshipProgram #EmpowerYouth #YIN Rheina Ariestia Djafar, Felix Y.

From Vintano to Cavodah, and finally to Ebonylife – where we met Obi Asika. What unfolded next was beyond expectations... Our schedule for the day was packed with three exciting appointments. The mission? To explore partnerships with key hospitality establishments that could pave the way for our student community to thrive through Education, Enlightenment, and Empowerment. First stop: Vintano Hotel Lekki. We were welcomed with open arms by the General Manager, Adhiraj Mitra who went above and beyond, ensuring we got a full tour of their state-of-the-art facilities. But it wasn’t just the grand tour that left a lasting impression. As we sat down with the General Manager, his enthusiasm for collaboration was inspiring. He was ready and willing to support our vision of equipping hospitality and tourism students with practical experience and mentorship. We discussed how Vintano Hotel Lekki could play a pivotal role by offering internships, giving students the valuable opportunity to immerse themselves in a real-world environment. But we didn’t stop there. We also proposed a partnership that could help students who, though fully trained, are in need of resources to set up their own ventures. Tools, funding, and mentorship – all critical ingredients for future success. In return, the General Manager shared his own story – a journey from bartender to the helm of one of Lekki's finest hotels. His words were filled with wisdom, lessons learned, and insights on what he might have done differently. Every moment felt like a masterclass in leadership and growth. It was an unforgettable experience, and that’s just the beginning. The next stop we visited? Cavodah, where the story only gets better... (Stay tuned for the next post – you won’t want to miss it!) #Hospitality #Tourism #Collaborations #TMD
