Quality is a key priority in all areas of our work. Patients and healthcare practitioners rightfully expect from us the highest quality standards. It is a collective responsibility within our organization, not confined solely to our Quality team. In recognition of World Quality Week earlier this month, the team organized an escape room experience to emphasize this shared commitment. Colleagues had to look for clues in order to get a live-changing medicine in time to a patient. Besides great fun, it was also a nice educational refresher to immerse colleagues in the critical work of ensuring high standards.
