During Blood Cancer Awareness Month, we were pleased to be joined by 17 members of the Welsh Senedd, including former First Minister, Mark Drakeford MS, to raise awareness of a group of rare blood cancers called myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). For the past 12 months, ten unique sculptures representing the most common symptoms of MPNs have been travelling around the UK to raise awareness of these conditions, with Cardiff bringing the tour to a close. Designed by five mural artists, the sculptures also include an augmented reality experience that brings the ten characters to life through a QR code. Despite the wind and rain, Members of the Senedd joined us outdoors to understand more about MPNs and how Welsh patients could benefit from speedier diagnosis and treatment. At Novartis, we believe that partnership and collaboration can deliver improved patient outcomes and we've been delighted to work with MPN Voice on this campaign. To learn more about the MPN10 visit our website https://lnkd.in/eZ_mSCRe and let's empower patients, politicians and care providers. 1moThe collaboration between Novartis, MPN Voice, and the Welsh Senedd is great to see. Love how the combination of art, science and techology are helping to bring attention to these rare conditions-such a creative approach to raising awareness about MPNs! Well done to everyone involved in this important campaign!
