Novus GmbH’s Post

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 Bernd Rosenbichler, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.   After years of bootstrapping, Bernd was one of the first new shareholders and ‘Angel Advisor’ of NOVUS in 2023 alongside Rupert Stadler & Raymund Bareuther.   We are proud to welcome him as an operational part of the leadership team in addition to his advisory role. Bernd is the new 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 of NOVUS starting in November.     Bernd Rosenbichler: "𝙄 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 & 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙄𝙛 𝙞𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣'𝙩 "𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠" 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨. 𝙄𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙩 𝙉𝙊𝙑𝙐𝙎, 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙢𝙮 ,𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠’ 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙨 𝙦𝙪𝙤 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨. 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙉𝙊𝙑𝙐𝙎 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖 𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩."     His career is characterised by global success strategies. As VP Strategy for Brand Portfolio, Long-Term Planning or Product & Innovation Strategy, he has shaped the glory days of German premium OEMs for decades, first at AUDI AG and later at BMW Group.   As one of the most influential personalities in strategy development, he unexpectedly took a new and impactful path as a social entrepreneur. After driving global research into Alström Syndrome and building a global ecosystem in this area, he became a Global Board Advisor to Pfizer.   At NOVUS, Bernd is once again taking on the role of his greatest passion: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Together with our team, he will turn his ‘permanent clicking’ into a daily beat and accelerating the transformation of urban mobility, making the cities of the future much more inspiring.   #NOVUS #novusbike #novusclub #advisor #leadership #futuremobility #strategy
