But as incredible as their brownies are, it's not their most important export. They are working to create 40,000 job opportunities and $3 billion of economic impact through open hiring by 2030. More often than not our clients are looking for candidates with certain skills or experience. I would encourage you use the Skills section in your profile as well as add Accounts/Product categories to your experience. Skills: Use the 'skills' section on your LinkedIN profile. Broker Management, Private Label, E-commerce, Amazon... etc... You can even assign that skill to each employer that it is relevant for. Experience: Add in the Accounts and Product Categories that you are responsible for in your experience. Such as: Housewares - Walmart, Target, Ross. Health and Beauty - Walmart, HEB, Albertsons. Snacks - Convenience, Dollar. I was born to be a salesperson. In college, I worked part-time in a supermarket selling beverages. There were many parents who brought their children; when the kids tasted, I recommended sweeter ones, and for the elderly, I suggested lighter flavors; for young parents, I promoted products with more nutritional components. Everyone has different needs, so it's important to recommend different series within the same brand. Among over 30 salespeople, including both full-time and part-time staff, my sales volume consistently ranked in the top 3. I also did part-time work selling thermal underwear in the supermarket. Using scenario-based selling, I mentioned that the design of this area in front is windproof, which resonated with a customer who had knee pain from riding an electric bike in the cold wind earlier that morning. For several days after, that gentleman kept lingering at my stall. About a week later, I couldn't help but ask him what he was doing. I thought he had fallen for me, but he said he wanted to recruit me to work for him on the 5th floor where they sold TVs. He had been observing me for days and noticed my talent. jonathan wants attention, and who am i to deny him? it’s important to understand that restricted comments are a proactive way of fostering a respectful community, especially when discussing complex issues social media can amplify voices, both positive and negative, but it’s not an “echo chamber” to protect a space from harmful, bad-faith engagement healthy communities set boundaries, and not everyone deserves or has earned a platform in every discussion there’s no rule stating that others must open their spaces to disrespectful comments or tolerate opinions intended to provoke–which is clearly the goal here regarding gaslighting, this take aligns with a classic tactic: framing respectful boundaries as if they’re a form of manipulation, or a weakness this type of comment can easily slide into dismissive or condescending territory that puts the poster on the defensive, creating a false narrative that boundaries are a flaw rather than a healthy choice that’s gaslighting finally, the neck tattoo point: lol just p!ss off visible tattoos aren’t a valid gauge of someone’s value or competence in their career and just like setting online boundaries, they’re a personal choice protecting this space from harmful, gaslighting, bad faith takes like this isn’t “living in an echo chamber”—it’s just protecting the people i care about from people who only intend to cause harm and get bent when they cant
