So you know we had now purchase believe that everyone who joins the company is potentially a possible shareholder and owner and now purchase a sizable part of our company's dedicated to our team both current, past and future. It fills me with immense joy that a program of our ESOP, which will launch on July 1st, 2019 reached a place where we had our first ever ESOP buyback. Almost close to 40 individuals both past and current. What a chance to realize and sell some of their options in this historic first every sub buyback. Why it's so historic is not just because of the first year resort back back in 40 people participated. We had people write from working on the front line at the warehouse to potential Cxos taking part in the ESOP process. And what fills me with even more pride is majority of the folks decided not to sell their options. So in fact, the corpus which we had to potentially to the buyback, we couldn't even use the entire corpus because a good chunk of people decided that they wanted to hold the shares for the long run when now purchase becomes a much larger organization. It was a very joyful moment for me. I actually this is the first exercise which I got is optional. In my earlier company which was a manufacturing company, these benefits were not over there. These benefit usually you get in a startup companies and this group like very Speedway as if you compare to the manufacturing industries or not. So I was surprised to see the amount at around 8:00, I received the money right and I just showed the message to my mom, dad and my wife. So this is what I got at the shop so. So basically both come on that data actually basically I cache, but it's still a great amount for people, right? So honestly, if you asked me when I said this thing to my mom that when I joined, I got the 50 shops earlier, I was thinking it's just a paper money, it's not going to credit in my account. But when we got the news that we were so excited and actually when the amount got credited, an amazing moment for us. Like literally we have given our five years and we have got a good amount after that. So these are non tangible. When it comes to you as a part of salary gives a lot of importance to it. Now that very less companies does this ESOP in catchment now purchase being one of those companies when that intangible thing becomes tangible and it becomes it comes in the form of monetary benefit, it obviously feels great. Yeah, that's great because my wife first saw the message and she informed me and it's a really excitement provide for us. For my family, we actually it was a great feeling. Exactly, exactly that that was that was around 4,00,000 because it was a moment, it was emotional moment because I've been very new to this job. And when they stops hit, I like when I was given in shops I didn't have any idea regarding the subject. But when it hit I realized that it is an investment. The company has trusted me with buyback side. Like we have got money in our account, everyone got the money in their account. Now they know what is the exact value of the Esops and also how the companies. Thinking about their employees that they deserve this kind of a shareholding in the company so they can feel that that this company is their own. So when it was first credited in my account, I was super, super excited. I was not believing that it actually got credited. Even I asked my friend to, you know, check the digit whether you know, it is actually there in my account. So very, very happy. Empathy is one such value which now purchase carries with itself. So we planned because of that we plan our Vietnam trip for this, you know this. And yeah, the rest money I'm planning to invest in mutual funds and stocks and all. Actually I would like to buy a car. Definitely I have been pastoring into the open markets. I decided that my piece of money will be fixed deposit slip and mutual requirement house. Che poi ti asso alla gara, tu siccome nainvest. Pulling Kilimanjaro Safaris, Ekia, totally going to the FD, totally going to yeah, I'll try to think like a finance person and we'll try invest in some equity and other mutual funds maybe, but definitely some amount for my parents, for my future and any assets maybe which will help me get an ROI in the future. Also we having started in Calcutta, we really wanted to attract the best talent not only from the city but across India and even for that we really believe that a strong effort. Would be a good motivator for people to join us. However, the proof lies in the pudding. And today it gives me immense, immense pleasure to, you know, share the news that we've been able to actually open up the round and a lot of our initial team members have, you know, been able to in catch some of their vested shares for, you know, the the the money that they wanted. But the happier part is that not all of them, you know. Didn't catch the, you know, a good percentage of their total amount, so yeah.
