Never take your job for granted. I vividly remember my days at Nation Centre, engaging with walk-in customers who had become like family. We shared moments, laughs, and little 'catch up time' before the customers hurriedly paid for their adverts and left. Back then, I considered it the toughest job, managing face-to-face interactions with clients of varied needs. Seeking more challenges, I transitioned to a role handling International customers via email, phone, and chats. Little did I know, it would present a new level of difficulty. Dealing with distant individuals, where a single interaction with that 'unseen person'could make or break the situation, requires unparalleled patience and understanding. As a customer support agent, the task is to navigate these interactions effectively, ensuring the best resolution possible, while keeping your cool and still loving what you do. A 'shout out' to all Customer Support agents, support staff, and specialists. It truly is a calling to bear the title. Each challenge in this role shapes us, pushing us to deliver our best in every situation. #CustomerSupport #Patience #Understanding

MY JOB MY PASSION I have work in different sections in the office but the job but the space I enjoyed most is customer service representative, where my primary goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every customer. There's this joy I feel in being empathetic, understanding, and responsive to their need. You know at this post you need to; 1. Listen Actively: Make sure to truly listen to what the customer is saying, both verbally and nonverbally. 2. Be Proactive: Anticipate customers' needs and offer solutions before they even ask. This will show that you're committed to their satisfaction. 3. Take Ownership: If a customer has a problem or complaint, take ownership of the issue and do whatever you can to resolve it. 4. Go Above and Beyond: Don't just meet the customer's expectations; exceed them. Offer a discount or a freebie, or go out of your way to make their experience exceptional. This is because forty percent of customers that patronised you come from referral from old customer you must have attended to in the past. What's your favourite position in the office?
