I can't believe I'm talking about these things. I, I've had three cancers in my life, first in 1988, 2004 and and then only a couple of years ago. In every case dealt with immediately and put an end to, you know, melanomas at could be removed, detected early and removed. But I, I'm almost glad that I have had the shocking experience of being told you have a malignancy. You know, at age, whatever it was 50 or so of ages. Yeah, yeah. But to have realistically contemplated, Oh my God, this might really, I might die of this. I I think it was a, it was a, a useful experience to have in terms of just putting your whole life into perspective. I just, I just know it's coming. It's coming. And I think the best thing is to have a gracious ending. You know, I, I, I, I calculate my exit from any film or television, television or stage play. And I always want to have a good ending. Well, I want to have a good ending to my life too.

One of my favorite questions to ask myself when I'm beating myself up about something outside of my control.. "Who told you that?" Who told you that you're not qualified/good enough/talented/smart enough/brilliant/impressive/beautiful... Often times it's a story you've been telling yourself for so long that it's stuck as "fact" when it's actually a work of fiction you created yourself!
