It shows high-speed rib machining with R0.3 mm CBN ball end mill against plastic mold steel STAVAX (HRC 52). Also shown is a milling comparison between a machining center spindle at 30,000 min⁻¹ and the HTS1500ZZ-M2040 turbine spindle at 150,000 min⁻¹. [Point] 📣 Nakanishi spindle (150,000 min-1 turbine spindle for machining centers: HTS1500ZZ-M2040) achieves high-precision and high-speed milling with small-diameter end mill.
