🌳Wondering what the course involves? ▪️Leading the two days of training with @vandenberknurseries is the production manager, his team then provide the demonstrations on the trees that have a stem girth of 30cm to 70cm. ▫️Part of the course is Treevolution: a word used to describe the education of knowledge sharing and how important it is for each greenery project to select the right tree species, ensuring that the basic conditions are right for allowing them to thrive. 🌳The elements we covered: ▪️Binding trees ▫️Lifting trees ▪️Loading in the field ▫️Loading in the warehouse ▪️Planting trees ▫️Anchoring ▪️Aftercare ▫️Pruning ▪️VAN DEN BERK nurseries clearly look after their plants right from the get go, they are beautiful and insure they are handled with care before sending them off, all of these are reasons why we will be using them in the future. ▫️A fantastic course we would highly recommend and a great team building trip for our own guys #vandenberk #vandenberknurseries #training #teambuilding #team #cultivation #trees
