#SEBI #BRSR #ISF #Compliances #ESG Yesterday, SEBI has issued a circular covering the Industry Standards for BRSR by corporates in India. These standards have been developed by Industry Standards Forum (ISF) comprising of representatives from ASSOCHAM, CII and FICCI, in consultation with SEBI. The listed entities shall follow these industry standards to ensure compliance with SEBI requirements on disclosure of BRSR Core. This circular shall be applicable for FY 2024-25 and onwards.
