Here’s to the next iteration! As many of you know, I was laid off from Asurion in 2022. I was also laid off from Amsive in August – after only six months in a role that felt custom-made for me. In the past, I’ve excelled at: - leading teams (from two to more than 60, managed remotely and in-person) - developing talent (from college interns to deeply experienced managers) - managing large complex projects in a regulated industry - going global to launch programs in the UK, France and Latin America - consistently pushing for process improvements, based on data This is an inflection point in my career – there are two areas where my experience could lead me: 1)    Running a Project Management Organization. This would leverage my long experience managing complex projects at Asurion and Amsive. Additionally, I’m working on my PMP Certification right now. 2)    Becoming a Chief of Staff. This would leverage my deep operational experience and take full advantage of my innate strengths. I am a problem solver, relationship and consensus builder, and an exceptional leader. Excited to share a significant milestone in my career journey! From starting as a Wireless Specialist to now stepping into the role of Territory Sales Lead, it’s been an incredible learning experience. Reflecting on this transition, I’ve realized a few key elements that have contributed to my success and might be useful for others aiming to replicate similar achievements: 1. Product Knowledge is Power: Investing time in learning everything about our products has been instrumental. Understanding their features, benefits, and how they solve customers’ needs has not only boosted my confidence but also helped me become a trusted advisor to our clients. 2. Building Lasting Customer Relationships: Beyond just selling products, fostering genuine connections with customers has been a game-changer. Listening attentively to their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service have been pivotal in nurturing long-term relationships. 3. Sharing Success and Knowledge: Success is sweeter when shared! I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Whether it’s sharing insights with colleagues, offering mentorship, or contributing to team success, being a team player has been noticed and appreciated by management. In essence, continuous learning, customer-centricity, and collaboration have been the pillars of my career progression. I’m grateful for the opportunities and support from my team and management.
