NTU Maritime Business Society’s Post

Last Friday, NTU Maritime Business Society members dived deep into the world of Maritime Incidents through the “Masterclass on Maritime Dispute Resolution workshop” - A joint collaboration between NTU Maritime Business Society, HFW, West P&I and Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) Students enjoyed an out-of-the-classroom experience, where real-life case studies brought forward enlightened students on the complexities of collision and salvage scenarios, highlighting the pivotal role of dispute resolution professionals in achieving equitable outcomes. On top of that, the event also provided a platform for networking with industry experts, offering valuable insights into the dynamics of maritime disputes and fostering meaningful connections! We would like to thank Chris Jones, Hugo Monro, Mark Myles and Alesha Faye from HFW, Julien Rabeux from West P&I and Dinah Amrad from Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) for their contributions to make this workshop on maritime incidents a success.
