2moDear team, I am very disappointed with the bus operator and their behaviour on yesterday. Yesterday i booked a bus from delhi to karnal being pnr number 6110757 and ticket number 23BLIUS dtd 30/09/2024 time being 4:30 pm. As per teletalk with operator, he asked me to come to singhu border for pick up as he was not ready to pick from any other point in delhi including very famous delhi-karnal bypass. I went to singhu border by bus and driver didn’t stopped there and he said that i left from here you come to bhalgarh border which is 15 km from singhu border then i took auto and reached there and then when i call to driver he said am waiting on other location then i took one more auto and reached to the third location and then finally i saw the bus and when i reached to the bus the driver start driving and left me there. It was a very bad experience and i took one more auto to reach to murthal and took the public transport bus to reach karnal. However i missed my urgent meeting and suffered a lot because of misbehaviour of your staff. I am hereby requesting you to take a strict action on that operator and compensate with a suitable amount otherwise i will take a strict legal action in consumer court.
