Honoured to have been a guest speaker at the World Standards Day 2024 Celebration on Oct 14, organized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in Coimbatore! 🎤🌟 I had the privilege of discussing the Future of AI and its impact on Manufacturing 🏭, Education 📚, and Workforce Transformation 💼. I also spoke about Responsible AI, explored AI Governance and ISO for AIMS, and shared insights on ISO 42001. I highlighted how Nunnari (நுண்ணறி) Labs Labs, being a leading AI solution development firm in Coimbatore, builds Trustworthy AI systems by adopting these best practices. Additionally, I spoke about our AI Tamil Nadu (Previously AI Coimbatore) work in transforming the open-source AI Education and research landscape in Tamil Nadu. It was truly inspiring to exchange ideas with industry leaders, including Mr. M. Chinnasamy, Managing Director - Agni Steels Pvt. Ltd., Erode; Mr. J. Vijayakumar, President - Coimbatore District All Civil Engineers Association (CODCEA); Mr. Krishna Arjun, Vice President, Manufacturing (Solar Module), SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd; and other esteemed veterans in the field. The event featured an Inaugural Address by Chief Guest Dr. Ganapathy P Rajkumar, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Coimbatore, and an Address by Special Guest, Dr. Ezhilarasi Muthusamy, Principal, Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore.
