My health and fitness are non-negotiable. Mornings and evenings are my sacred rituals – time dedicated to the gym or my yoga mat, where I focus on aligning my body, mind, and soul. It's not just about staying fit; it’s my daily reset, my way to recharge, and an investment in my overall well-being. When I’m working out, I’m completely *present* – no distractions, no work thoughts creeping in. Just me, my goals, and the moment.
