We are looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing our digital marketing efforts, overseeing social media channels, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality visual assets, including posters and videos. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving online engagement and crafting compelling digital narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices and manage search engine marketing initiatives to boost online presence.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and updates.
2. Social Media Management:
Account Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, including content scheduling and interaction with followers.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the community to foster positive relationships.
Analytics: Track social media metrics and performance, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
3. Content Development and Posting:
Content Scheduling and Management: Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting of updates, promotions, and news. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Poster Design: Create visually appealing posters and graphics for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Use graphic design software such as Canva to produce high-quality designs.
