On this day, we celebrate the dawn of a free India—a moment when dreams took flight and a nation embraced its destiny. Independence Day is more than a commemoration of our history; it’s a reflection of the relentless spirit that defines us as a people and as professionals. As leaders, employers and team members, we embody the same resilience, unity, and determination that built our nation. Just as our forefathers/mothers worked tirelessly for freedom, we, too, must commit ourselves daily to the pursuit of excellence in our workplaces. The road to success is paved with challenges, but it is our collective effort, our shared vision, and our unwavering commitment that drive us forward. For entrepreneurs, this day is a powerful reminder that every great endeavour requires sacrifice, passion, and a belief in a future that we can shape with our hands and minds. Just as our nation’s freedom was won through unity and perseverance, the success of our businesses hinges on the collaboration and dedication of EVERY team member. Let us honour our country’s legacy & spirit by bringing the same energy, innovation, and courage into our work. Together, we can build not just successful organizations but also contribute to a thriving, prosperous India. May the spirit of Independence Day inspire us to achieve greatness in all that we do. 𝐉𝐚𝐢 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝! जय हिद ! btw **𝐈𝐬 𝐢𝐭 77𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐫 78𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲? British colonial rule ended in India on August 15, 1947, after nearly 200 years. Since then, August 15 has been celebrated as India’s Independence Day. The nation marked its first year of independence on August 15, 1948, making 2024 the 77th anniversary of India’s Independence. However, if we consider 1947 as the starting point, August 15, 2024, will be the 78th observance of the date. In this context, it's correct to say that India will observe its 78th Independence Day on August 15, 2024. Hence, India will celebrate its 78th Independence Day in 2024, signifying 77 years of independence since 1947. #IndependenceDay #IndiaAt77 #FreedomFightersToEntrepreneurs #TogetherWeBuildIndia #UnityInDiversity MSME TALK®

78 years of Independence. A journey marked by resilience, unity, and the relentless pursuit of progress. But true freedom isn't just about breaking chains that hold us back; it's also about forging a bond that binds us all together. A journey of almost 8 decades has been marked with a sense of community. The country’s history, our cultures, our languages- all of them stand as an example of how together we have made India, the country it is today. Today, as we celebrate our nation's spirit, let's remember that freedom isn't just about individuality, but also about collective responsibility. It's about lifting each other up, bridging divides, and creating a society where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Let's celebrate our diversity not just as a source of pride, but as a catalyst for innovation and progress. Together, let's create an India where every dream is within reach, and every individual contributes to a shared vision of a better tomorrow. We are all in this together; embracing this thought is the true meaning of freedom. #IndependenceDay #78YearsOfIndependence

On this Independence Day, August 15, 2024, I am proud to say that I am Indian. Not from East India, North India, West India or South India, simply from India, #AkhandBharat. We don’t need a directional tag because our identity is vast, rich, diverse and still self-contained. We are the inheritors of an ancient civilization that has always been at the forefront of human progress. We are the land where zero was invented, a concept that transformed mathematics and laid the foundation for modern science. But our contributions don’t stop there; Indians around the globe have been innovating and leading to shape the present and future. We are the world’s fifth largest economy and the third-largest economy by purchasing power parity. We are a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. Our start-up ecosystem is among the fastest-growing in the world, fostering a new generation of entrepreneurs who are redefining the way business is conducted. #ViksitBharat, or Developed India, is more than just a vision; it is a collective aspiration rooted in the dreams of over a billion people. It embodies the journey towards a nation where innovation, inclusivity and sustainability converge to create a prosperous and equitable society. We are also world-leading musicians, sports persons, architects, doctors, engineers, artists and yes, patent attorneys, ensuring that our innovations are protected and recognized worldwide. We are the visionaries who brought Yoga to the world, not just as a practice but as a way of life promoting an all-inclusive world. We have made Cricket into a billion dollar industry. Our cuisine, rich in flavor and history, has become a global sensation, just like our business acumen. And then there’s #Bollywood—more than just an industry, it’s a cultural phenomenon. We are sentinels, deeply connected to the emotions that flow through our art and culture. The drama, romance, comedy and action of Bollywood films, captivates hearts not just in India but around the world showcasing India’s soft power. But we are also more than just sentinels—we are nurturers of a rich cultural heritage. We celebrate life through festivals, many of them tossed across the calendar like confetti, ensuring we never run out of reasons to smile. These bursts of joy aren’t just about having a good time—they keep us sharp and thriving, whether we’re sealing deals or just enjoying a lazy Sunday. #India is a land of contrasts—ancient yet modern, mystical yet practical. Our journey is one of resilience, creativity and continuous reinvention. No matter where you come from or who you are, India has a way of painting your world with inspiration and vibrant hues. Wishing everyone a Happy Independence Day! #independencedayindia #harghartiranga #indianindependence

“Long years ago, we made a tryst with destiny…” It’s been 77 years since Nehru's famous speech that called for a better future for independent India. This day isn’t just a marker of freedom won in the past; it’s a testament to the ongoing journey toward a more just and equitable society. As we celebrate our nation's freedom today, let's work towards a developed India - Viksit Bharat! A Viksit Bharat where… 🇮🇳Entrepreneurs innovate and grow 🇮🇳Youth are skilled and employed 🇮🇳Infrastructure is modern and sustainable 🇮🇳Communities are inclusive and harmonious 🇮🇳Healthcare reaches every doorstep Independence is more than a historical achievement—it’s a living principle. It’s about the freedom to think, to innovate, and to build the future we envision. It’s the courage to break barriers, to challenge the status quo, and to create opportunities not just for ourselves, but for others as well. Independence empowers us to make decisions that are aligned with our values and long-term vision. It encourages us to take bold steps, to lead with integrity, and to create environments where everyone has the freedom to thrive. Imagine a land where children once cried because their parents never came home from a fight for freedom. 🥲 A place where every family knew the pain of losing someone they loved, but still held onto hope❤️ Where people walked for miles, barefoot and hungry, just to join hands in the dream of being free. 👊 Imagine a time when mothers sent their sons to war, knowing they might never return, but still smiling with pride. 👑 A land where the sky seemed dark, but hearts were bright with the belief that freedom was worth any price. 🏵️ Where the sound of shackles once echoed in the streets, but the spirit of the people could never be chained. 😑 Then, one day, the sun rose, and with it came freedom, as a nation took its first breath of independence. 😊 Imagine the tears of joy, the hugs, the smiles, as the Tricolor was raised high for the first time. 💕 A country that, from the ashes of struggle, became stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever. 😡 Where those same hands that fought for freedom now build rockets, create medicines, and lead the world in technology. 🤯 A place where every language, every culture, every person is celebrated, making the country rich in its diversity. 😎 Yet, even as we grow massively, with a booming economy and global influence, challenges remain. 🥵 The safety of our women, unemployment, inflation, and poverty still cast shadows on our bright future. 🥺 These issues are like storms that threaten to weaken our foundation, eating away at the progress we’ve made. 😶 But imagine if we all came together, just as we did for our freedom, to tackle these challenges head-on.😳 A united effort, where every voice counts, every hand helps, and every heart believes in a stronger India.💥 Where we not only dream of a better tomorrow but work tirelessly to make it a reality for everyone. 🧐 A land where safety, opportunity, and prosperity are not just for some but for all. 😌 That’s our India—a nation of strength, resilience, and unbreakable spirit.🤩 And together, we will rise above💯 Wishing you a happy Independence Day🎉 #india #independenceday

𝗠𝘆 "𝗩𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁" 𝗔𝗵𝗮! 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 Recently, my boss, Professor Reddanna Pallu, was interviewed about "Vikasit Bharat." Coming from a Telugu family, terms like that always seemed like government jargon to me. My brain glazed over policies and initiatives, but I recently attended the Farewell Dinner of Mr Joost Geijer, Head of Economic Affairs, Netherlands Embassy in India. He explained why the Netherlands can't ignore India. It clicked! Vikasit Bharat isn't a slogan; it's India in 2047 - a developed nation celebrating its 100th year of independence. PM Modi's vision isn't wishful thinking; it's grounded in reality: -We're the world's largest, youngest workforce, hungry for progress. -Our IT talent is unmatched, fueling innovation everywhere. -Opportunities are endless, and tech is helping people seize them. -We're a diverse but united nation, stable and resilient. -Global players aren't betting on India out of charity; they see the potential. It's not just the government pushing this; it's a nationwide momentum. I used to think Vikasit Bharat was about schemes I didn't understand. Now I see it's about my cousin launching her startup, my neighbor upskilling online, the quiet confidence in our streets. It's not a handout, it's us stepping up. We have challenges, sure, but the world sees our strengths. In 2047, Vikasit Bharat won't be a surprise; it'll be the inevitable outcome of who we are today. Happy Independence Day Everyone. Celebrating India's Independence Day: A Journey of Struggles, Sacrifice, and Success. On this day in 1947, India took its first breath of freedom, ending centuries of colonial rule. Our independence wasn't given; it was earned through the relentless struggles, sacrifices, and unyielding spirit of countless freedom fighters who dared to dream of a sovereign nation. As we celebrate 78 years of independence, it's essential to reflect on the remarkable progress India has made. From being a newly independent nation with immense challenges, India has transformed into a global powerhouse across various sectors: Economic Growth: India is now one of the world's fastest-growing major economies, with a thriving entrepreneurial spirit and a booming technology sector. Innovation and Technology: Our nation is at the forefront of technological advancements, with innovations in fields like space exploration, AI, and renewable energy. Infrastructure Development: India is witnessing unprecedented growth in infrastructure, connecting remote regions and driving development. Social Progress: We continue to strive towards an inclusive society where every citizen has access to education, healthcare, and opportunities for growth. Yet, the journey is far from over. As we honor the past, let's also commit to building a future where the values of freedom, equality, and justice continue to guide us. Together, we can ensure that India's growth story remains inspiring and unstoppable. Happy Independence Day! Jai Hind! #IndependenceDay #IndiaAt77 #ProudIndian #GrowthStory #Freedom #Innovation #SustainableDevelopment #JaiHind

77 years of Independence! Yes, 77 years of Freedom & Independence. A gift that we enjoy as a result of courageous people like Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Persistent Non-violent protestors like Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, Creative minds like Sarojini Naidu, Bharathi who all fought in their own ways towards one single vision- An Independent India. They fought against several odds like the British oppression, uncertainty, skepticism, lack of support and resources, etc. Yet, they stood firm, because it was India's battle for self-reliance. And, today 77 years on, you as an entrepreneur, strive towards your self-reliance fighting against the uncertainty, skepticism and other challenges that entrepreneurship comes with. And, it's a journey where you bring in the same courage, persistence and creativity that got India it's independence. Every small win is a step towards your personal "sudhandhiram". They fought for a nation. You're fighting for a dream. Both matter. So, take a few moments to celebrate how far you have come too! And, this Independence Day, let's pledge to 1. Support fellow Indian entrepreneurs 2. Innovate for India's unique challenges 3. Build businesses that make our nation proud Jai Hind! #IndependenceDay #EntrepreneurSpirit #MakeInIndia #StartupIndia #CoCreateWithManju #LinkedInForCreators
