🌸🌼 How Much Time Should You Spend on Yoga? 🧘 One of my students recently asked a great question: “How much time is the minimum for practicing yoga, and how much time is the maximum? And how many days should I practice yoga?” Here’s my take: 🌿 Minimum Time: Even just 15-20 minutes of yoga can be highly beneficial. This is perfect for beginners or those with busy schedules. A short practice focusing on breathing, stretching, and mindfulness can refresh your mind and body. 🧘♀️ Maximum Time: For those seeking deeper benefits, 60-90 minutes is ideal. This allows you to go through a full sequence of poses, breathing exercises, and meditation, promoting overall well-being. However, there’s no strict upper limit – as long as you listen to your body and practice mindfully, yoga can be done for even longer. 🌟 How Often Should You Practice? Consistency is key. Aim for 3-5 days a week for noticeable physical and mental benefits. However, even practicing 2 days a week is better than none. Ideally, yoga can be practiced daily, but always remember to honor your body’s needs and take rest when required. Ultimately, yoga is about balance and finding what works for you. Whether you practice for 20 minutes or 90 minutes, the most important thing is showing up for yourself regularly. 🙏 ✨ What about you?
