Our local Christmas parade is a yearly highlight. Marching bands keep the beat, fire trucks roll in with style, horses bring tradition, and candy rains down for the kids. It’s a classic—full of energy, coordination, and a sense of purpose. Watching it reminds me of a core business principle: success takes a team. Here’s what stood out: - Every Role Matters: From the band leader to the truck driver, everyone has a job to do. In business, knowing your role and executing it well drives progress. - Timing is Key: A parade works because everything moves on schedule. In business, hitting deadlines and staying aligned makes the difference. - Shared Goal: Everyone in the parade is focused on delivering a great experience. Teams that share a common purpose achieve big wins. Whether it’s leading a team or contributing to a project, the principles of teamwork, precision, and purpose are non-negotiable. How does your team keep everything moving forward? Drop your thoughts below. Great job, Rocky Hill Christmas Parade. https://lnkd.in/e592KnVF

10 Years! - Congratulations Todd! The Last Impression – Everyone always talks about how important it is to make a good “First Impression”, but I think we can make a case that the “Last Impression” can be equally important. Often, we spend days, weeks, months procuring materials, manufacturing products, then assembling and packaging to create final deliverable goods. The final step of this very resource intensive process is to make sure customers receive the product in good condition. For 10 years, Todd has helped us ensure that our customers’ Last Impression is as good as the First Impression, thereby ensuring that they will continue to use our services. Although the interaction with our customers is important, safe driving and patience are even more important. We are very fortunate that Todd has the patience of a Saint while navigating the crazy roadways of Denver and still maintains a wonderful personality when delivering product to customers. Todd not only navigates the complexities of the Denver streets, but he expertly navigates the inner workings of our family of companies. Every one of the companies in our family utilizes Todd for various delivery activities to/from vendors and customers. Through the years, Todd has learned the various expectations of each company and is able to meet every exacting demand he is presented with. When Todd is not making deliveries, he enjoys living a healthy lifestyle of eating right and going to the gym. His favorite hobbies/passions are Audio, Video, and Home Theater. It started with a love for high-fidelity audio while listening to Grateful Dead and Phish. This grew into a keen eye for high-definition video that once coupled together with the audio, he was able to build his own state-of-the-art theater room where he likes to spend his free time. When asked what has kept him here for 10 years, it is the sense of Family and Warmth. Having worked for several other companies in the past, he has never seen a company culture that creates such a happy environment. He loves that employees work very hard while at the same time they all get along so well. Congratulations on 10 Years! #thankyou #workanniversary #plasticinjectionmolding #pozzetta #3PL #madeinamerica #madeinusa #lastimpression #coloradobusiness

If you need a jolt of joy and a virtual fist bump 👊 you need to check out this video!
Here’s a story that will brighten your day...meet Azai, a young guest whose favorite store is Target. He loves visiting T-0966 in Huntersville, North Carolina and goes out of his way to greet his fellow shoppers with a friendly “hi” and plenty of fist bumps. (And anyone who knows me, knows I appreciate a good fist bump!) To show our appreciation, we made Azai an honorary team member, and store director Tammy Jackson made sure he had everything he needed to feel part of the team—red shirt, name tag and a roll full of stickers. Thank you, Tammy and team, for creating this special moment for Azai...and thank you, Azai, for giving us all one more reason to smile today!

Buyer Thoughts: I always felt like Easter is the psychological opening of the Summer season. Even when the weather is cold in the north the customers are now ready to contemplate buying their seasons needs. Now, the southern beach stores have probably been set since shortly after the New Year so you should have a read on what will sell well or not. Give the customers a full presentation and timely features! Get ready to front load the stores and be prepared for that first great weekend! Memorial Day will happen before you know it…It’s Christmas for Summer Seasonal merchandise! Check your national forecast and be prepared to move quickly! #HappySelling #BuyingisaGreatJob #BeNimble #BeStrategic

Win a 4 day trip to Peacock Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade... * includes roundtrip airfare to NY * 4 night stay in Manhattan hotel * 4 tickets to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade https://lnkd.in/gu2tp8KC I only posted this because I initiated the China being the largest owner of GE that owns NBC Universal Peacock account back in 1978, 46 years ago (same year I initiated China being the largest owner of Disney account & Disney owns ABC, CBS, FOX, Fox films, Lucas films, Pixar films, & Blue Sky films and with the profit from that China now owns 5000+ US companies that employ 5,000,000+ US workers). I also made $3.4T for the US Treasury in 2004 making me the primary owner of all US workers since 2004. So no, your largest owner is not a kid. But yes, I already fulfilled the prophecy 'and a little one shall lead them' as an 8 year old prodigy preacher in 78 same year I won a GE science contest that got me flown to Disneyworld followed by Hawaii to initiate those 2 big accounts with China since I'm Chinese American (not Korean that evil war profiteering dark tares have been tricking TV idiots to say so they would lose their job for slurring against their largest owner so the dark tare can take over their job) & related to the 1st Emperor of China over 5000 years ago on my mother's side (the King side). But I was born in Ohio & had only been to China only once in my life, so I'm actually pretty clue-less about China. My family moved to California in 89 (39 years ago) because we had kin here since the 1800's that built the railroads followed by the Chinese Theatre in the early 1900's that was built with actual parts taken from the real Chinese Emperor's Temple built 4000+ years ago & is so big, it's called the Forbidden City. The first show in the Chinese Theatre in LA was 'King of Kings' about Jesus Christ. Ironically, if you pray & ask Jesus Christ or the Holy Mary who I am, by holy miracle, they both point up because my line started over 3000 years ago before Christ. Shem traveled to where China is over 5000 years ago to where China is to start the Shemitic aka Semitic line aka root of David line aka the Chosen messengers of God by blood line. That's why so many previous chosen messengers of God lived so long. And that's why I'm 54 but look 25. It's the one line you can not blaspheme against or you get cursed. #inspiration #lesson #testimony ...YESTERDAY WAS NOT THE DAY... I'll set this up by saying, I often like to hold myself accountable by being the first to admit my wrongdoing, saying I'm sorry, checking up on people, or even saying excuse me where others probably wouldn't consider doing it. I believe in being as polite as possible and engaging wherever/whenever it is plausible. That said, I went to Home Depot yesterday in a hurry and it was slam-packed. From my perspective, folks were bumping into each other, trying to squeeze into spaces that just weren't there, leaving carts in the middle of tight aisles, and nobody said excuse me or anything...for the most part. I started out saying excuse me, but then I thought, okay, I ain't gonna be the ONLY PERSON in this store today saying excuse me. I made it up in my mind that we're just gonna be some cart bumping, rushing, non-excuse me saying SOB's up in this camp today. I got my stuff, checked out, and jetted right up outta there like I was at Talladega Superspeedway. And didn't think twice about it. WHY AM I SAYING THIS? First of all, please do not go up in stores with attitudes and such. Always practice having good decorum/etiquette. You'll go further in life that way. In as much as I try to be a stickler for good energy and consistency, I'm only human like the next person, and yes I do fail. Maybe on another day, I would have still practiced being patient and being uber-polite to people. But yesterday was not the day. I made up in my mind that I was gonna be an in-store crash test dummy and be okay with it. SOMETIMES LIFE HAPPENS LIKE THAT. Trust, you live long enough, you'll come out of character. Just hold yourself accountable and learn from it, for what it's worth. NOTE: No disrespect intended for the store itself. Heck, I'm probably gonna be back in there today.
