So speaking specifically about resource efficiency, one of the things that are going to step through is how we contract that with the lobby. So I'm currently looking at a fund that I have set up. But before I do go into that, I'm just going to highlight some of the information that we can have at this specific asset level. Now, the reason I'm going to go into this is because some of the configurations that we can apply at the asset level will enable the automatic reporting when it comes to our carbon emissions and the things such as soft door. And that is something that I'll touch on when we come to compliance. So when we look at the specific asset, we can identify whether it's going to be a new assets or a new development or whether it's operational. And then if it's operational, we can identify the percentage use, so whether it's completely office or if it's mixed-use. And just to quickly skip toward the end here, one of the key things that I need to highlight at this point because of the impact that it has later down the line is the tracking of some of the specific Pi or the principal adverse impacts and some of the strategy they're taking place at an individual asset level because again. Depending on these answers here, the system will then actually take those and apply them inside the calculations to provide us with our overall carbon footprint based on the information that we have. So coming away from that and jumping back into the specific portfolio that I have set up here, when it comes to resource efficiency in the first instance, we need to understand how our our assets performing. And what I'm seeing here is an aggregated view in the first instance of my carbon footprint trapped them back to my baseline reporting here, which can be amended and and this is. Aggregating the data across all of my different emissions or migration or efficiencies from the different assets I can see within this fund. In particular, I have 3 existing assets, so I can see those listed here and I can dive into those at any stage if I want to get the individual context to those assets themselves. So coming back to the dashboard here. What I can see in the first instance is the data being aggregated to show me my total carbon emissions for each of the assets broken down by scope 1-2 and three. And it's worth noting that by default we pull in key emission factors such as electricity, your heat source, your water, your waste. However, you can also track the scope 3, so the initiatives that would typically fall under there. So whether it's your value chain or things such as an LCA in terms of the carbon assessment that you may need to do on some of your. Saying I sets and when you're classifying those custom emissions as we deprive them, you can actually enable it so that you have the emission factor automatically coming into the system. And so when that actually comes into the system, we take the intensity. So if I take electricity here as an example of the energy intensity coming in for the three specific assets. When we have the emission factor for coming in on thematically from the KREM system, it means that if you have an asset in Italy versus Spain versus Germany, you don't need to manually configure the emission factors because the system automatically iterates those. So as there's national grids and infrastructure being upgraded along the years and those factors are applied, it actually comes through automatically to the system. Now when it comes to the energy performance of the assets, a lot of our clients would have had existence existing systems in place and some of those would already have the likes of smart metering or Amors in place, whereas there was other assets or other regions that didn't have any smart meter in place whatsoever. And so we need to create a system to enable the collation of all of those different types of information. So if there's an automatic regulators in place, we can take those enable an API. And for that directly into the system, but if there's no measuring the place, what we can do is assign tasks to the relevant stakeholders, which is typically the external supply chain. Ask each individual asset and they'll have the ability to manually upload or to upload in bulk via CSV. So I think it's really important to Sanders point that data exists and a lot of our clients have really, really good data, but exists in multiple locations scattered across potentially multiple departments. And the ability to then pull that all together depending on whether it's automated or manual is really, really important. One of the other things just to touch on in terms of resource efficiency or energy efficiency. Brother, sorry. Is once you understand the performance of your assets in relation to the overall fund, which is what I'm seeing at this dashboard level. To Sandra's point, there may be specific strategic initiatives that you need to undertake in order to improve the value and to supposed to to approve the the interest in a specific folder specific asset. And that can be done at a strategic level through indicators. So as an example, if I want to set for this specific bond for these three assets, I want to set a minimum target of an ECB three or higher. That specific strategic initiatives could be tracked through here. It would be assigned to the specific value chain across each of those assets and they'll be a clear audit trail on the specific evidence that they provide. That's something that I'll touch on in a few moments. However, if in order to achieve that B3, there needs to be a work stream of energy optimization. So taking the example of the installation of LED's or an improvement in the the installation of the example. Those specific work streams, again, when we've worked with clients as sometimes happened in Excel or in maybelikeamonday.com or a different system. And so I'm very, very difficult to understand how you're progressing against your strategic initiative and how that strategic initiative is actually being implemented. And so one of the additional modules that we have here is the ability to schedule those types of work streams, the workstream that need to be undertaken in order for the asset of the fund to achieve the strategic initiatives and those can be tracked. In the system. So again, what I'm seeing here is a list of the different work streams that we've set up. I've had energy efficiency, we're looking at some green building certifications and we're seeing the the the progression in relation to those as well. So I think one of the key things, even though Sanders talk about resource efficiency is that it's not just about understanding the energy performance, it's about also being able to track the specific initiatives that you're trying to take in order to improve the overall value of whether it's the asset or the fund or portfolio itself.
