Fascinating From a multiple intelligence perspective which intelligences are leading in that decision making. For 7 years I have been reaearching this. A paper was published in Sage Open in 2019 and we have been developing a psychometric tool to share - which will go live very soon. It is the only research based tool of its kind - so its pretty exciting. We have demonstrated statistical validity and reliability for the tool. One of the demographics we ask is where people live - and we will be sharing the country averages - updating as numbers increase. We will be watching to show if this shows up as high heart brain function in USA. Stay connected to ensure you get the launch information. #multipleintelligences #leadership #decisionmaking #culture

The holiday season can be a time of joy—but also pressure. 🤯 Pressure to attend every event, buy the “perfect” gifts, travel to see everyone, and be all things to all people. It’s easy to feel guilt when we set boundaries or prioritize our own needs. But here’s the truth: ✨It’s OK to say no. ✨It’s OK to skip the party if you need rest. ✨It’s OK to give your time, presence, or thoughtful gestures instead of overspending on gifts. ✨It’s OK to focus on the traditions and people that bring you peace and joy. We can’t pour from an empty cup, and this season is not about perfection—it’s about connection. 💕 So, as you navigate these final weeks of the year, give yourself the gift of grace. Let go of guilt and choose what aligns with your values, energy, and priorities. ✨🚀
