We're thrilled to share that Lambeth Council has approved plans for our Hardess Yard development in Brixton. Featuring 320 co-living studios and over 1,400 sqm of light industrial space for local enterprises, Hardess Yard is our largest co-living scheme to date.
Delivered in collaboration with Mitheridge Capital Management and designed by PLP Architecture, the development will include extensive amenities, including workspaces, resident lounges, communal kitchens, a state-of-the-art gym, and external spaces including a roof terrace and pocket park.
Located on the fringe of the Brixton Creative Enterprise Zone, Hardess Yard will target WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding certifications, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability. Hardess Yard represents a significant step forward in LGL’s strategy of creating the very best in sustainable urban living at scale.
Many thanks to everyone involved in helping us reach this milestone.
