When I think about my journey in Customer Experience and what continues to draw me to it, its definitely the Human element. Whether that be putting yourself in your customers' shoes, building relationships with other parts of your business to agitate for change or meeting other awesome CX folks. With all the talk of AI, chatbots and self service I still think stepping back, understanding what your customers needs as humans are in any moment in time is an extremely powerful tool. When thinking about how to do this it comes down understanding the journey your customers are on and listening to their feedback so ultimately you can take actions that improve that journey.
