Performance update from HOLD. Warning: humble-brag alert...   As many of you know, HOLD Self Storage launched its first store in London King's Cross just over 3 months ago and what an incredible journey it’s been so far.     The humble bit 😇   With only six months to prepare for our launch and the handover of the store from the outgoing operator, the challenge was set to hit the ground running as peak season was on us within weeks.    The store was handed to us with the lowest occupancy since early 2020 (and down from 95% in August 2022). Then throw in a variety of unnecessary hurdles and it was looking like a big task ahead. We appreciate how the HOLD team kept calm, stuck together and worked hard through all the obstacles thrown at them. The brag bit 👹   The results have been strong:   ⬆️ Sales qualified leads +65% on prior 12 months average ⬆️ Store conversion rate +60% on prior 12 months average  ⬇️ Churn down 32% on prior 12 months average ⬆️ Like for like store performance +3,600sq ft on budget (over 3 months!). ⬆️ Fill rate % increase over LFL period in the prior year is so crazy it’s not even worth posting   Extra humble-brag pie to close:   These results have been delivered largely blind (no KPI reporting was handed over), with lead tracking issues, tech issues, a new brand, website, team, operations etc. It's been a great start, but it's just the beginning…   Hats off and congratulations to the awesome team; Lex Ajanaku Sonia Maria Pirie James Preddy Armeet Ghataora Dan Ramirez Will Sowerby Deon Louw   #selfstorage #holdstorage #launch #performance
