👊 Don’t Give Up Now! If you’re looking for a job, it’s crucial to stay motivated and not fall into the mindset of thinking, “No one hires close to Christmas; I’ll try again next year!” That couldn’t be further from the truth! Many companies are still hiring close to the Christmas break, and you might find unique opportunities that others overlook. ⏩ Keep pushing forward, stay positive, and remember that persistence can pay off. Your next opportunity could be just around the corner! 📚 For example: Just to give you a snapshot. we have roles all over Australia at the moment: 1. ⚙️ Mechanical Engineer based in QLD with a base starting from 100k+++ 2. 🔎 BDM roles x3 in Sydney for a couple of established blue chip businesses. Again starting from 100k base + Car/car allowance + comms + super. 3. 🏗️ In WA, we have Account Manager roles within the building construction, mining and industrial space. 110k base + Car + Comms +++ 4. 🦺 In VIC, one of the biggest and well known company in the fabrication space looking for an Account Manager. Paying up to 130k base + all the benefits of an on the road salesperson. I hope I've made my point. If you give up and stop trying to apply for roles, you're giving the advantage to the competition (other people eyeing the same roles!). Long story short, keep applying. Recruitment never stops! #sales #salestips #SalesLeadership #SalesTraining #SalesStrategy #B2BSales
