So look, what are the benefits of having like professional renovation company for your project? There's a lot of things that can go wrong and there's a lot of things that need to be accounted for. We recently visited a customers property, fully renovated property, beautiful finishing, but they had an issue with air flow. And then when we went there, we realized that the the contracting company had removed a few walls, made the open plan living room, kitchen area, but they're not counted for the loss of air flow, removing the walls. So then the AC was. Owned the capacity for that room. So all this has to be taken into account because it looks great, but if you don't have the MEP and havoc systems behind it to support it, it's not going to be suitable for the property. Exactly all like bathrooms like a good renovation company will always ask the client would you like to have a good access to your AC to for the further like to clean it, to clean the coil and etcetera. Or you just want to have amazing bathroom without any access to the AC so it will look good but not. With practical, yeah, it's always a difficult 1. You know, you're always want the customer to be happy with the ceiling, but access and who wants to cut into a brand new ceiling just after they've paid for it to be Gibson? Don't paint it. So yeah, definitely things like that to think about.
