Motivation at Work - motivation is one of those things that you have to ride like a wave...catch it when you can and go as far as you can. And then sometimes it seems to go flat and you're sitting on your surfboard in the middle of an ocean of work, and there isn't a swell in sight. I like to manage my motivation with a bit of scientific foundation. Finally getting to check out this book from 2022. Would love to have other reading sorces to add to my motivation library - let me know if there is something you can recommend. #motivation #business #leadership

Monday Musing! I read this quote in the book I am reading now - Insight by Tasha Eurich. It speaks to evaluating feedback so that we can find the meaning and learn from it. I repeated this quote last night to a friend when they were trying to interpret feedback they wanted to give to someone else... and realized it might be just her own thoughts. What does this quote mean to you? How might you use it to better understand yours and other's experience? #leadership #insight #culture
