✨ At Christmas, many bereaved parents have a special way of remembering babies they’ve lost, like hanging a certain decoration on the tree or lighting a candle. The baby loss certificate is also available to officially acknowledge the loss of a baby, no matter how long ago 📃 Olympic gold medallist and Petals ambassador Rebecca Adlington explains how much it means to have a certificate for her daughter Harper 💖 Find out more: https://lnkd.in/e9BPf9A4 You can ask for a certificate if all the following apply: ◾ you’ve lost a baby before 24 weeks of pregnancy (or 28 weeks before 1 October 1992) ◾ you’re one of the baby’s parents or surrogate ◾ you’re at least 16 years old ◾ you live in England
