From November 10–15th, global experts, researchers, and industry leaders gathered to advance citriculture through innovative and sustainable solutions. 🌱 One of the biggest challenges in the citrus industry today is fruit cracking, and our project coordinator, Avi Sadka, shared insights during a dedicated session on this issue. 🌿 Yen Bai - The Cassia Capital of Vietnam 🌿 Did you know? Yen Bai is the largest cassia-growing hub in Northern Vietnam, with a total area of 85,000 hectares, accounting for 50% of the country's cassia plantations. Here's how the cultivation areas are distributed across districts: ✅ Van Yen District: 57,000 hectares – the heart of the province's cassia production. ✅ Tran Yen District: 20,000 hectares. ✅ Van Chan District: 9,500 hectares. ✅ Luc Yen District: 6,000 hectares. ✅ Yen Binh District: 2,000 hectares.
