⭐️Staying Committed to Personal Development: Serving My Patients Better Every Day⭐️ Last weekend, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the National Achievers Congress. The energy in the room was electric and it was a transformative experience for me and ultimately-my business and patients. Imagine a room filled with hundreds of ambitious people, all eager to learn, grow, and achieve. The collective energy was palpable, fuelling a sense of motivation and excitement. This environment encouraged me to think bigger, push harder, and embrace new opportunities. At the Congress, I heard from some of the best minds in the business world. I left feeling inspired to bring these fresh ideas back to my practice, aiming to create an even better experience for my patients. Here are some of the reasons why the National Achievers Congress was so beneficial: 👉The Congress was packed with insights from top business leaders. The lessons I learned will help me refine my practice and enhance the quality of care I provide. 👉I met other professionals who share my passion for growth and success. 👉Being around high achievers has given me a renewed burst of energy and focus. This will fuel my work, helping me stay focused on my goals and committed to providing top-notch services. 👉The electric atmosphere reignited my passion for what I do. This renewed passion translates into a more positive experience for my patients, as I'm bringing that same enthusiasm to my work every day. 👉The buzz in the room also sparked my creativity. Ideas were flowing, and I couldn't help but think of new ways to enhance my services and improve patient satisfaction. ⭐️I'm excited to bring the knowledge and inspiration from the Congress back to my business. I know this experience will positively influence every aspect of my practice. ⭐️Stay tuned for more updates as I continue to grow and improve. If you have any questions or ideas on how I can better serve you, I'm all ears! #Inspiration #BusinessGrowth #PositiveVibes

This past Thursday and Friday, Milan wasn't just a city of fashion but the beating heart of transformative leadership and expanding horizons in healthcare at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association European Leadership Summit. 🔗 Mary Stutts, MHA shared the HBA Manifesto and from this we talked, we listened, and above all, we committed to real change. Equity in healthcare isn't merely a goal; it's a journey we're on together, with each step demanding our unwavering commitment. 🚀 Finding our Moonshot: Inspired by the incomparable Alicia C. Staley, "find your moonshot" wasn't just advice—it was a rallying cry. A reminder that our ambitions should scare us a little and excite us a lot. Her story was an inspiring and motivational and highlighted the need to continue to focus on patient journeys and advocacy. 📄 Pushing Forward with Data: Something that stood out to me across all out sessions. We're at a crossroads for document and data retention policies as well as the level of information and the way we share with patients. The takeaway? We MUST do better in empowering patients with the information they need for informed health decisions. 🛤️ AI and the Consumer Journey: The role of AI in healthcare transcends innovation—it's about understanding, empathy, and closing the gaps in the healthcare consumer journey. 💪 Vulnerability as a Strength: Every speaker shared their truth, their challenges, and their victories. Their vulnerability wasn't a liability; it was their superpower in leading with authenticity. 💡 FemTech's Moment: Yasmin Baba reminded us of the urgency in closing the 17-year healthcare data gap for women. FemTech isn't just revolutionary; it's essential. 🤝 A Collective Mission: If there's one echo from the halls of #HBAELS24, it was clear - we must work together. All companies, all leaders, united towards a healthier future. 🖥️ AI as our Ally: Technology, particularly AI, holds the key to not just better patient journeys but in bridishing the deeply set information and healthcare provision gaps. The HBA European Leadership Summit didn't just present a vision; it presented a path forward—a mandate for exceptional leadership through empathy, technology, and unwavering commitment to equity. Milan was more than a backdrop; it was where visions for a healthier tomorrow got clearer. Let's carry this inspiration forward. Looking forward to next year's event in Dublin! 💡🌍 I loved seeing everyone in person and the opportunity to meet the other members of the HBA Circle of Advisors that Kathrin Schoenborn founded and launched this year for entrepreneur HBA members. Tatyana Staneva, Dr. Baltrukovich Natalya, MBA, PhD, Karolien Huybrechts, Sandra van Londen, Kristina Hentschel, MBA, Nicole Yost, Sophie Smolders, PhD And our amazing #HBABrussels team Diba Rahimi Yeganeh, Stephanie Schneider, Lieseke Cortoos, and many others! ❤️ #HBAELS24 #HBABrussels #HealthcareInnovation #Leadership #HealthEquity #AIinHealthcare #FemTech #HBAMilan

Indeed!! The pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors are experiencing a groundbreaking transformation, spearheaded by the integration of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI). This dynamic shift is reshaping industry operations and heralding a new era of innovation and efficiency!
Connected, motivated, empowered. Our first Fresenius Top Management Summit in Oslo just came to an end. Two days full of exchanges, best practices, and great team spirit. About 350 colleagues came together from all over Fresenius Group, including colleagues from Fresenius Kabi, Helios Health GmbH, Quirónsalud, and VAMED. Five things stood out for me: 👉 We are building on a strong momentum. With #FutureFresenius, we have the right strategy in place and have already achieved a lot. However, to tap into our full potential, we need to build a strong corporate culture. 👉 "We are Fresenius" was not only the conference theme, but also a spirit that could be felt during the event. We aim to grow closer together as Team Fresenius in the future. 👉 We launched our Fresenius Principles to build a strong corporate culture. Our principles define who we are, what we do, and how we act. 👉 We have tremendous potential if we draw on the knowledge of the many experts within our organization and join forces with external parties to build an ecosystem for innovation to shape the future of healthcare. 👉 The insights from our external guest speakers were extremely valuable. A big thank you to our Supervisory Board member Frank Appel for sharing insights into the impressive transformation of DHL, to Emily Heaven from Norges Bank Investment Management for sharing an investor’s perspective, and to Susan Thomas from Google Health for an inspiring presentation of how AI is changing the healthcare industry. Thank you to the entire team for organizing this great event! Now, let’s take all this positive energy, the network, and new ideas back home with us and all shape #FutureFresenius together! Tune in to my video message below. #WeAreFresenius
