The first step in any successful adhesive application is substrate preparation. All substrates to receive CAV-GRIP PVC should be clean, smooth, dry, and free of any films, sharp edges, foreign materials, oils, or greases. If depressions more than ¼” are found, these should be repaired with an appropriate patching material such as epoxy or mortar. Pressure washers, brooms, blowers, or vacuum cleaners may be necessary to achieve the desired result. ⭐️Pro Tip: Shake the tanks prior to starting and throughout the day.
